Cancellation Policy

For cancellation or rescheduling, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged NO EXCEPTION. For last minute cancellation and No Show, you will lose your deposit (if applicable) or will be charged 50% of the service at your next appointment. Please arrive on time, a $15 late fee will be charged if you are more than 15 minutes late. Your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a last minute cancellation fee, if you are more than 30 minutes late.
